My husband and I have been living in Fountainview since August 2024 and we absolutely it. Our 2BR apartment is spacious for us and our 2 doxies. The location is fantastic, close to most commercial establishments and it’s just 8-min away from the hospital that I work at. The management is always responsive. Eileen, the property manager, is very helpful when we have concerns. Our neighbors are friendly and the community feel is great. I would definitely recommend Fountainview.

I moved here a couple of months ago, and everything has been fantastic so far! Thanks to Eileen for making the transition so smooth. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the area is quiet and safe, which is our top priority. The parking is also sufficient. Highly recommended!

Safe and quiet area in the city. Eileen is easy to reach and responds to issues timely. Rick is also very helpful with our maintenance problems. If you are just starting here in Baltimore and don’t know the area that well, this is a very good place to live.
